Why I Built This

When I started my career, I was a 20-something operator working in a corrections facility — surrounded by command structures, chain of custody, and consequences for missing the mark.

That experience taught me something SaaS never quite prepared me for:

Fast forward to today — those same lessons drive how I lead Professional Services, build AI-native frameworks, and coach teams to handle operational chaos with precision instead of panic.
