If there’s any fuzziness around what “done” means, you’re not building an MVP—you’re building confusion.

Every customer’s MVP is different.
That’s why it’s critical to lock it down before anyone declares a project “live.”

And here’s the part we don’t talk about enough:

Minimum viable isn’t just about features or integrations.

It’s about emotional closure.

Can everyone—customer and delivery team—look at what’s built and say:

“Yes, this solves the first problem.”

If the answer isn’t a confident yes?

You’re not done.
