I didn’t ease into tech—I was thrown into it.

My first corporate job after leaving corrections? It was a buffet of roles, titles, and chaos.

I was:
🎨 The UX designer (with zero Figma experience)
🧠 The business analyst (Googling “what is a data requirement”)
🎤 The trainer (writing the help docs as I was teaching them)
🛠️ The implementation lead (breaking it, then fixing it)
📋 The product manager (by default, not by title)

That job didn’t just teach me SaaS—it made me.

I learned by doing, by failing, by listening. And honestly? Those scrappy days shaped how I lead cross-functional teams now. No ego, just effort.
